We are growing our compliance, technology, and business development teams. All roles are based out of our Noida office unless marked Remote.
Compliance Manager
Lead monthly EPF, ESIC, Factories Act, and S&E compliance for a portfolio of client businesses. Manage government inspections, respond to notices, and coordinate Maker-Checker-DSC workflows on the Iztty platform. You will be the primary compliance expert for a set of 30–50 client accounts.
Full-Stack Developer (React + Node.js)
Build and maintain the Iztty platform — from compliance workflow features and payroll integrations to AI engine pipelines. Strong experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs required. Experience with Indian compliance technology is a strong plus.
Product Manager — Iztty Platform
Own the product roadmap for one or more Iztty product areas (Compliance Workflows, AI Features, Integrations). Work closely with compliance domain experts, engineering, and customers to define and deliver features that solve real compliance management problems for Indian businesses.
Business Development Manager
Drive new client acquisition for Iztty subscriptions and Futurex compliance services. Build relationships with HR heads, CFOs, and compliance managers in target segments — manufacturing, IT, construction, and staffing. Strong knowledge of Indian labour law is a differentiator.
Customer Success Executive
Onboard new Iztty clients, train compliance teams on the Maker-Checker-DSC workflow, and ensure platform adoption across all branches. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts — proactively tracking compliance health scores and flagging at-risk accounts.
HR & Payroll Executive
Manage payroll processing for Futurex-managed client accounts — EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF deductions and remittances. Maintain statutory registers, coordinate with clients on employee data, and ensure all compliance deadlines are met within the Iztty platform.
